- SAS 70 Type II compliant - Rackspace provides SAS-70 Type II attestations in conjunction with their auditor Ernst & Young. These audits assure Pepper customers of the integrity of established operational controls and execution of their commitments.
- PCI DSS compliant – While PCI compliance was established for those organizations providing online commerce, Vodori has embraced prescribed standards as best practices for our Hosted Pepper offering. Certification is available for those customers whose applications are subject to compliance and have elected to utilize Rackspace as an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV).
- HIPAA – In partnership with Rackspace, Vodori maintains policies and procedures to function as a HIPAA Business Associate including the strictest interpretation of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure compliance across the broadest spectrum of HIPAA controls.
