The public site needed a huge overhaul from both a design and content perspective; the site’s current features and design were not user friendly. Valuable content hosted on the site was under-utilized due to busy design layouts and a complicated information architecture. In addition, because our client was using one website to serve both U.S. and international audiences, it was difficult to promote certain products and adhere to different countries’ compliance standards.


Digital Strategy
Before redesigning our client’s public-facing website and customer microsite, Vodori Digital Consulting developed both a short- and long-term digital strategy utilizing insights from content analysis, executive and customer interviews, competitor analysis, and customer personas. We also revamped the client’s website reporting capabilities to help guide better content and business decisions via custom tracking configured within Google Tag Manager.

Business & User Experience Consulting
Vodori Digital Consulting implemented a new, simplified information architecture to support an improved user experience and help consumers find content quickly. We also wrote web copy for the entire site–approximately 1,500 pieces of content–and aligned all site content on branding and nomenclature. Finally, our team selected and produced new imagery to amplify our client’s brand and create visual alignment across the site.

Website Development
Pepper Canvas was implemented as the new CMS to support the public website, website user administration, and U.S. customer microsite. This new system provided our client with the flexibility to scale and accommodate future expansion of their product portfolio. We also leveraged our regulatory expertise to define and execute software validation for our client.
