Pepper Platform Migration and Commercial Program Planning

The public-facing website of a global health care company’s point-of-care testing division did not meet the division’s current or anticipated needs. A vast amount of useful content was buried in an overly complex information architecture; the design was not mobile friendly; the content management system differed from those used by other divisions; and the site could not support the client’s expanding portfolio.

When the division was ready for a new digital strategy and migration of its public website and customer microsite, sister divisions recommended Vodori. We developed a comprehensive three-year strategy, redesigned both websites, and migrated approximately 1,500 pieces of content to the PepperTM platform.
