Sue is the Head of People and Culture at Vodori and is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, succession planning and compensation. Sue has held HR and management consulting leadership positions across large and small companies, including Argo Group, Bank of America, CIT Group, BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master or Arts in Organizational Development from University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as an SPHR Certification from HRCI and an Executive Leadership Certification from Harvard Business School.
