Vodori Contracts

Vodori’s relationship with customers is governed by our Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”), along with Order Forms specific to our software products and Statements of Work for Professional Services.

If you do not have an MSA with Vodori, but executed an Order Form or Statement of Work that references Vodori’s “General Terms”, you agree to the terms set forth in the following Subscription Agreements:

Product Terms

Your Order Form or MSA may incorporate the following product-specific terms by reference. Please review the terms applicable to your subscription:

• Vodori AI Module Terms. These terms describe how artificial intelligence functionality operates within the Vodori platform and outline Customer responsibilities when using such modules.

Privacy Terms

Please refer to our Privacy Policy. for information on Vodori’s privacy practices. The privacy terms below may be incorporated into your MSA or Order Form with Vodori by reference.

Data Processing Addendum

• Incorporated DPA. For your records (if the DPA is already incorporated into your MSA by reference).
• If your organisation requires a signed DPA, contact privacy@vodori.com.

Standard Contractual Clauses
