Vodori’s relationship with customers is governed by our Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”), along with Order Forms specific to our software products and Statements of Work for Professional Services.
If you do not have an MSA with Vodori, but executed an Order Form or Statement of Work that references Vodori’s “General Terms”, you agree to the terms set forth in the following Subscription Agreements:
